The Greentree Restaurant features a collection of 1700's period Colonial recipes.  The Greentree not only can serve as a unique dinning experience but can also accommodate your special party or meeting.

A Sampling of The Menu 

This is only a few of the fine dishes offered at the Greentree.

Cabbage Pie - Gourmet magazine is still asking for our recipes.  One of the most intresting dishes of the 18th Century.

Green Herb Soup - It's an elegant Cream Soup, Subtle, Civilized, Delicious.

Main Course

Perch Backed with Sour Cream & Dill - An 18 the Century Favorite. Perch poached in white wine, then baked with with cream and fresh dill.

Rabbit Fricassee - Rabbit, red wine sauce and egg noodles.  A rare delicacy from the 1700's.

Roberts Delight - 200 years ago, this dish apparently ddelighted a man named Robert. Choice beef rolled in sweet herbs & spices, stuffed, broiled, sliced and served with a sauce of sautern, sour cream and fresh mushrooms.
